Warrenty Replacement
I received a K-Duo Christmas 2022. Unfortunately, I needed to file a warranty claim in November 2023 as the power switch stopped working. Keurig supplied a shipping label to send my unit back. In a very short time later, I received a new unit.

Keurig Duo coffee pot defect
Purchased the Keurig Duo coffee pot online. Started to brew a pot and a code came up. Could not get it to clear. Called Keurig for support. Tried several steps and could not get it to reset. Tech support said they would send me a replacement. New coffee maker came in on time and works great. Keurig stands behind their products and I am very happy with customer service.
