Leaky, squeaky and stiff valve
I installed a new Kohler kitchen faucet maybe 8 years ago. After several years the faucet valve became sticky to operate and made a squeaking noise when moved. I removed the handle and lubed the valve stem with WD-40. It did not have as much effect as hoped so I reapplied WD-40 and worked the valve motion repeatedly several times. It was better but still not smooth and quiet like new. I put the handle on and after a short period of normal use it became smooth and quiet. Now several years later it has started leaking from the handle when the valve is opened and recently it has begun to get sticky and squeaky again. I am hopeful that the purchase and installation of a replacement valve will be improved from the original valve and work for many years!

Did not receive in a timely manner.
Purchased kitchen faucet valve when original failed. Did not receive valve, but was charged on credit card. Figured out another way to fix faucet.

Leaky, poor quality
Twice now, the cartridge is leaking- one of the instances I came home from vacation to find a large puddle under my sink and damage to the cabinetry. The sprayer feature for the same faucet has also been replaced with aftermarket part due to drips. Poor quality faucet with a high price. Next time I will choose a different brand.

Do I Love It?
Seriously, that's what the email asked me: Do you love it? No, I don't love that I had to replace the plastic valve in a (3) year old kitchen faucet from what has traditionally been considered a high end kitchen and bath supply company. And I don't love that I could not buy the plastic part at the building supply store that I bought the faucet from.

Going with Kohler faucets was one of the worst decisions we've made
After 10 years with Delta faucets and not a single issue, I had the itch to upgrade all our showers ana faucets to Kohler. Well, at least I thought it was an upgrade. Our sinks have been problematic since the very beginning. Same thing as all the other reviews here. The quality is so poor they need constant maintenance, and the design of the product is so poor the maintenance is extremely difficult to do on your own. I've spent hundreds on plumber costs. The next time I need the plumber out, we will be replacing all our Kohler items with Delta. Can't be more disappointed. Buyer beware!
