Durability Poor
Loved the shower head for the first year. Right after the warranty ended the plastic connecting part cracked. No replacement parts available on this model ---- now must start over. Money down the drain!

Poor build quality
I installed the product and had problems with the strength of the plastic nut that screws onto the shower pipe. It leaked even with pipe dope and when I attempted to tighten it more it cracked.
Then the plastic seal that goes between the orbital ball that allows the head to be somewhat movable when it is in its cradle leaked from the first installation. It to is held in place by a plastic nut which is not strong enough to tighten it to the point that the shower head will stay upright.
Nice looking , Cheap Plastic nuts!

Great Handheld Showerhead
We purchased this on June, 2014 for our sons shower and were so please that we purchased it for our shower along with the Moen Rainshower, Velocity Collection. We are very pleased with these Moen products.

non existent quality
Junk. Had less than a month. have put in several shower heads over the course of several years. I would consider myself qualified to install one, being an industrial maintenance person for several years. the cheap plastic connector to the shower nipple. literally disintegrated and fell off the nipple, not cracked but fell apart like a piece of dried clay, i did not over-tighten it as i have broken these cheap fittings in the past and was not going to make the same mistake twice. i cant even find a part drawing to purchase replacement parts. do not buy this junk. i will contact Moen. o see if they will replace it

Good Product!
I purchased this shower head for ease of bathing the Grandchildren. It's true that the plastic packaging is difficult to cut but once that is accomplished, and you figure out where to install the filter washer, the bracket and hose ends are quite easily managed to complete the installation.
Now I have to experiment using all the various settings!

Hose keeps breaking where it hangs down from the shower handle when it is in the bracket. Cannot buy replacement hose !!

Arm bracket not adjustable enough
The shower arm mounting bracket will not let the head come down low enough to let the head point straight down even when pivoted down as far as it will go. It appears the angle of the holder bracket is not perpendicular to the center line through the water flow line. If this was a 90 deg. angle it would allow the shower head to point down when in the holder and adjusted all the way down. It looks like the holder angle is maybe 15 deg. off of perpendicular. I have a Delta unit in another bathroom which has a 90 deg. angle and it adjusts far enough for the head to point straight down. Do you make a holder with a different angle (90 deg.) ?

It was easier to install than getting it out of the plastic container it came in. Seems to have nice water flow for a 2.5 gpm showerhead. Very satisfied.

'tho installation is certainly not complicated, I had a question about washers - product comes w/ 3 different washers and no indication which goes where. Instructions w/ packaging are non-existant and no help online either. All in all, pretty good product, very poor consumer support.
