Instant beach chic in a can!

It is water based, so application and cleanup is easy. It is versatile, you can use it on bare or stained wood. I love the way it brings out the grain and features in the wood. It is also transparent, so you can use more than one coat to build the finish to your liking. My new obsession!

Easy to use and looks great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided to use this color wash for our custom dog kennel and we could not be any happier. It was supper easy to use and the more coats I applied the lighter color to give it that rustic look. My dogs have been using the kennel for a few weeks now and it’s held up extremely well and looks great. This paint seems to dry fairly quickly and doesn’t leave behind any type of smell

Great for shabby sheek projects
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an old dresser that was pretty plain and needed some love. I used my Minwax color wash for it and i was very pleased with the results. My dresser transformed from a plain pine dresser, to something that looked older with the grain being enhanced. I added old glass knobs and ended up with a plain piece turned stunning that i am in love with. Application was super easy, just brush on as many or little coats as desired.

Great for small wood crafts
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This color wash stain adds a great color to my crafting projects. You can use it on bare wood or already stained wood. It dries within an hour, so you can add multiple coats if needed. Easy cleanup if you make a mess.

BEAUTIFUL!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First Time User: I was hesitant in my own DIY with this product, but based on other reviews I was confident I could yield the same results. I created a blanket ladder for my daughters room. The Colorwash was applied to a sanded surface, using the instructions provided on the can. The color soaked into the wood just perfectly. Gave a very nice distressed look. I was extremely surprised at how easy this product was to use, and the beautiful results.

Easy to work with
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Minwax products and was excited to try their new MinWax Color Wash Transparent Layering Color. I picked the color weathered gray. First off, I love it because it's water based - easy clean up! It works with both raw wood or you can layer it right over any stain. It went on nice and it works with just one coat. You can of course add more coats depending on what you're wanting. It was so easy to work with and I can't wait to try more colors.

Great product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven‘t done any wood work in years, but on a whim decided to try my hand at it again. I stripped down and old dresser and applied 2 coats of this weathered gray color wash. Then I finished off with a clear top coat. It came out so great! I added antique drawer pulls and it looks like a new piece. So easy to apply and no clean up, I used foam brushes and tossed after each application. I’m looking to add a nite stand in same color!

Easy to use
