Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not pleased with this trimmer. It takes too much time to start. Even if its warm it take to long. My other Troy bilt died and was no longer available. I contacted Troy bilt and was told no longer available. I have all attachments for my old one so I needed something comparable. This is what.was recommended.

Line bump feed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although this is a great piece of equipment the bump feed since the first use has always bound up and requires me to take it apart and untangle the line. Maybe it will get better. If it doesn’t I will contact customer support.

Must Have Multi-Purpose Lawn Tool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this as a replacement for the same model trimmer that I purchased years ago. This trimmer allows for multiple attachments including my edger, hedge trimmer, and limb saw saving me a lot of money. Easy to start and easy to use.

trimmer head failure from
Trimmer head has failed 2x in two years
The trimmer head has failed on my TB35 EC twice - the reviews were good, but as little as I have used mine - poor design. I have a TB self propelled mower and great quality, but this product and expense of repairs, poor.

Excellent Machine
I don't know what these guys are complaining about. . . other than the fact that they don't know how to take care of their tools, maybe the older ones are better (I hope not), or maybe they got a lemon (it happens). I bought mine over 8 yrs ago and while I do not abuse my tools, I work them very hard and have never had an issue AND I MEAN NEVER. Its just time to buy another because someone else blew the thing up. . . it happens.
