Beautiful wood
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe it. This has brought out the beautiful color of the wood on my stairs. The drying time is not what I was hoping for. It took some time, but polyurethane does take some time. I would suggest to make sure it's well ventilated. Even though it was in a big room the doors and windows should be opened.

Low odor and a great finish
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided to make a corner table for behind our sectional to fill in the empty corner gap that seems to always collect airborne toys. We finished the wood first with sanding 100 grit and a second pass with 250 grit for a smooth surface. Next step was the polyurethane. We did this indoors since the weather outside is still too cold. This has a very mild scent in my opinion and doing this table in the next room over we didn't even notice it in the living area. We applied coats about 5 hours apart and it was completely dry. It may have been dry earlier than when we checked. We have had the table finished for a couple weeks now and the finish has withstood kids, cups, toys and my cat. It cleans easily and if something is spilled it doesnt soak into our table.

Brings life back to old furniture!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a before and after of an old table. I used two coats and it worked decently well excluding one leg that could use another coat. This was super easy to apply. This really does help bring back some color.

Minwax is Always my First Choice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Minwax products for 30 years, and it’s always been my go-to for Polyurethane. I am really pleased with the Minwax Fast Drying Polyurethane in the Ultra Flat finish. I am super happy with the final product, a table we use every day in our family room. The finish is durable and I really like the flat finish more than I thought I would. I’m hoping the flat finish is as durable as the gloss finishes have been.

Never had so many problems!
I’ve used your products for at least 30 years as it was recommended and bought by my parents. I am a carpenter and have refinished old furniture to building new. This new formulation you came up with to be blunt sucks! I have never had such a problem with streaks pooling and running marks! I had some time between projects so it’s been over 6 months at least since I bought so when buy more poly for the new project I noticed a difference in the label which then I accidentally bought satin which has never been my favorite bit did a custom kitchen office and bar build in espresso with satin finish a few years ago! I realized after the first coat but it’s for my son and he wouldn’t mind. I ended up stripping it back to bare wood because it wouldn’t leave a finish I would ever want to say I built so I went back and got the semi gloss which I had intended and now after a week and a half I’ve yet to have anything that I’d be proud of! Every time I come back to it after drying I just want to sand it off again. It’s not like your poly is inexpensive but it used to be worth it I will now have to try a different brand if this is what you want your product to be!!
