So far, perfect!!
I seeded a small area (100 sq ft) that I have been having issues with for a couple of years.
I removed the old sod, and replaced the top couple of inches with new soil and compost.
After seeding, I lightly raked the seed into the soil and then covered the area with a very thin layer of peat moss.
Depending on the weather, I lightly watered it either once or twice a day.
A little over 3 weeks later, it looks AWESOME.
I plan on tackling a larger area in my back yard in the spring.

Good product. Are seeds sterile?
I laid this down this past summer. It's starting to sprout seeds. Are the seed heads that grow from this product sterile?

Bermuda seed takes lots of diligence and water
I had a septic system started in March 2023. The drain field was seeded with rye grass which was only temporary. The machinery destroyed the standing buffalo grass. I put down Scotts Bermuda seed and it took well in all the bare areas, but I didn't cut the rye grass short enough to get germination. I had to go back and scalp it and reseed. Four 8 lb bags of seed and daily watering in stage 2 restrictions. Lots of hours of hand watering. It is pretty well established now and I am just trying to thicken the thin areas before starting to harden it off by reducing the watering.

Great and easy coverage
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This help to cover some bare spots in the front yard that required the same maintenance and time to get grass to grow. The front yard gets lots of direct sunlight and I watered daily in the evening after sunset. Great results and the spots are covered with green grass!

Meh
The area I seeded gets full sun all day and I'm in southern California so I needed a heat and drought tolerant grass. I seeded the area twice and it grew in a couple square inch patches here and there. Now I've just got weeds. Watered every day. Been about a month. Not certain what happened but seems I'm not the only person who's had an issue with this mix.

Grass will grow...
This is pretty much Rye grass, it's the only thing that grew. I have a Fescue lawn, so everywhere I used this product to repair empty spots it's now just Rye grass. Doesn't look bad, because there is grass there, but if you cut at 4", Rye grass sucks.

Would not grow!
Used this to fill in bare spots. Used exactly per the instructions and NOTHING grew. I dug up the soil and seed, and tried again with new soil and new seed, with the same result. Will not purchase again.
