This steak knife set combines high performance and durability with desirable safety features. The key to this combination is the blade. Blades are made from high-carbon stainless steel, which resists rust and discoloration. The edges are hand-ground to Chicago Cutlery's exclusive Taper Grind edge, which tapers gradually for a smoother performance than traditional blunt angles. For added safety, the blade extends through the handle and is held firmly in place by three brass rivets. The walnut handles are ergonomically designed so you can face a marathon chopping session.
