Fantastic Trimmer
I bought this after first buying the leaf blower. The battery life is great and the power is there to do the job. I tried an electric trimmer years ago and it did not have the guts to do the job or last. This product is better than any gas trimmer I've owned.

Great Trimmer! Easy to re-string!
This is my third Greenworks Pro tool; I have the mower, leaf blower, and 16" dual string trimmer. All 3 tools work great and I love that the batteries are interchangeable across all 3 devices! I have 3 batteries and I can get all my yard work completed without running out of juice. The trimmer is especially nice as I can easily re-string it from a large, inexpensive spool of replacement string. Definitely all in on the Greenworks Pro line and will be adding the edge trimmer attachment soon!

What an improvement over gas!
It seems like there should be a catch, but there isn't. Switching to battery powered trimmers is an improvement in every way. The tool is lighter weight. It doesn't vibrate, which allows you to use it for longer without fatigue on your hands and forearms. It's quiet. It doesn't require fuel, or the maintenance that comes with a combustion engine. And it does a phenomenal job cutting weeds. Highly, highly recommend!
