No mole issues, like my neighbor has.
I use it yearly, keeps the grubs away that turn in June bugs.

Grubex works great with some planning!
Works great. Not an instant fix. I had large dead spots and moles tearing up my yard last year. I reseaded my yard in the fall and it started looking a little better. Then in early spring I decided to take the food source away from the moles and followed the directions and put down Grubex as directed. My yard is one of the best yards on the block. No dead spots or moles! With a little planning you can have a good looking yard.

This Product works!
I've had grubs in the past so when I started noticing large patches of dead grass this year, I knew what I was dealing with. I was very happy to see that I did not need to buy 2 different products this year like I had to do in the past. there were no real instructions on the bag.other than what to set your broadcaster on.. I Googled the product and found the information that I needed such as putting down an inch of water. After laying the product.,

Failed
I applied the grub treatment in early May. I have noticed severe patches of dead grass. I originally assumed it was from lack of rain. I began watering religiously. The yard started to look really good with the exception of the same patchy dead spots. I decided to dig and found live grubs. Very frustrating!

GrubEX
Bought this product today to treat grub worms in my yard. Had I realized that I needed 1 inch of water after applying to my lawn, I would have NEVER purchased the product. Disappointed.

Rids Japanese Beetles
When we first moved to our property, the Japanese Beetles were terrible in mid-summer. They ate every nice planter/flower my wife would put on our deck. I began using Grub Ex yearly and the Beetles haven't been seen since, knock on wood. They're still in the area because I see full bags hanging in yards all summer but our yard has been spared. I can only attribute it to Grub Ex.
