Leaks
It rained all day when we were camping and the water came in along the entire seal on the back wall, one of the windows leaked onto our cot, and the four corners at the bottom all let water in. The closet ended up soaked with water too. It wasn’t just a little water either, it got all of our bags wet.

After setup corner seams are pulling apart
We are experienced with tent setting etc followed all the instructions anyways and after setting it up the tent is not equally stretched out - some sections were loose and each corner was so tightly stretched that it was pulling the seams - I hope that it last - but I’m not confident as top and bottom of all 4-corners pulls way too hard exposing the thread of the seams pulling apart
I exposing see thru like between the small stitching -

Comfortable and roomy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was for camping during a retreat in an arid environment with huge winds and sudden thunderstorms. Easy to put up, held up well under environmental changes and lots of room for all our stuff. I love this tent.

Great value
This is a great tent. Withstood a series of heavy rainstorms without the first leak. Accommodates a bunk cot, single cot, and queen air mattress with room to spare. The closet is a great space for luggage. Plenty of ventilation, storage pockets, easy set up, and the LED light with a wall dimmer switch makes this tent stand out. One of the best we've had.

Easy pack, go, set up
Bought this tent to take my granddaughter camping. It is roomy and very quick and easy to set up. Everything was great until it rained. EVERY seam leaks.
After that trip we set it up in our yard and sprayed waterproofing. We also used a silicone seam sealer. The rain came 2 days later. EVERY seam still leaks. Especially along the tub type bottom. That boat bottom is great if you want to sleep in the water, otherwise it is pointless and adds nothing to the tent.
I have been tent camping my whole life and my recommendation is that you get an old fashioned duck cloth cabin tent and scotch guard.
