Rated 1 out of 5 by from LOVE MY TROYBILT TRACTOR BUT NEVER FELT RIGHT. LASTED 1 YEAR. PULL CORD FELT LOOSE AND DIS NOT START THE SECOND YEAR, STILL HEVE NOT FOUND ANY TRIMMER TO BE WORTHWHILE. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This is Junk. I bought this model and have regretted it since day one. It is practically brand new. The trimmer line does not work like they say. When replacing the trimmer line It does not come out the other side like in the directions or any video online. My only option is to try and find another trimmer head system. My first and last time to buy Troy-bilt.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from poor durability I got about a season and a half out of this unit before the pull string starter broke into pieces. I used the drill start option to start it after the pull string attached and the shaft for the drill start option is now damaged beyond repair. I need to purchase a complete oil pan and shaft and a new starter assembly for a total of approximately $50 in parts alone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unreliable, overall poor product I bought two of these string trimmers last year. The recoil starter of each unit failed within six months. The first Jump-starter also failed, so I bought another one. It also failed within six months. These products are junk. Now buying a Stihl, which I should have done last year

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk Has always been difficult to start; loses power as it runs and heat up; fan blade failure was terminal for me ever owning another Troy-Bilt trimmer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Expensive piece of junk I bought the TB365EC trimmer because I had a Troy Bilt TB70SS trimmer with 4 attachments. The TB70SS crapped out after about 3 or 4 seasons of minimal usage. The attachments were good so I thought I would give a Troy Bilt trimmer another try. The TB365 stalled out of the box. Brand new and no power. It would constantly stall while using the edger attachment. After awhile I learned to work around it's limitations. The starter assembly broke and after removing it, I found the fan that is mounted on the oil assembly and the crank shaft broke into. This fan is part of the starting system. Judging from the advertising, Troy Bilt is very proud of the starting system, which is okay when it works. Now I have to buy a replacement oil assembly and a starting system to fix this problem.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Crank assembly breaks easy and trim spool difficul Used one season and broke the crank assembly springs trying to crank it because it is forever hard to crank. After fixed, it is still difficult to start. Stalls out easy. The cord assembly is a very poor design. Constantly stopping to recoil the trimmer cord. Bought it because thought Troy Built had good name reputation. Won't do that again. Be glad to ship back to Troy Built.
