Rated 3 out of 5 by from Do mount the refill cans. On two occasions I’ve attempted to mount the refill cans and they do not stay attached to the dial sprayer. I have lost half a can each time. transfer your weed b gone To the refill container for the dial sprayer. Other than that the weed be gone performs excellent.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ortho weed B gonr I waste my money every year on the ready to spray bottle. The product doesn’t kill any of my weeds. The spray bottle that attaches to the hose kills the lawn. I use Scott’s weed and feed at the beginning of the weed season and it works. However in late July and August stubborn weeds come back due to the hot season and lack of rain. I use ortho weed B gone and the weeds are still multiplying. Next year I’ll find a better product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ineffective Weed B Gone I used this product 3 weekdays ago per the instructions to kill dandelions and other weeds. It did not kill the weeds although it says it kills dandelions and crab grass Disappointed with this product

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs an upgrade I bought this on Sunday and just finished around my tree in the front yard, is this spray handle made for toddlers? I'm 5'3 and I just spent an hour bent over at the waist to spray on just the weeds and not kill my perennials! I can't comment on the ability to kill weeds yet but my arms and my back are sore from squeezing the toddler sized spray handle!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far it appears to be working Charlotte, NC area. Sprayed with a backpack sprayer 5 days ago to knock out clover, dandelion, speedwell, crabgrass, and wild violet. Mowed three days later. The speedwell is getting yellow and weak already. The dandelion doesn't appear to have enough energy to come back (so far). The clover, after cutting, shows no more blossoms and the stems appear weak, sickly, and curling. The wild violet appears to be wilting with the stems also curling. The crabgrass so far doesn't appear to be phased (I have a yard FULL of it in very large areas), but I will be spraying again after the 21 days is up. Hopefully, within the next week and a half, it will start showing some serious stress. My yard was reseeded late (Late February) with Scotts Southern Gold Fescue mix and fertilized when I bought the house. The yard had not been maintained at all for a long time before we purchased it appears. The Fescue has grown well in most of the empty spots and is nice and dark green. It is still trying to peek through the speedwell and crabgrass. While I plan to kill and reseed with Tenacity as a pre-emergent this fall, I want to slap the crabgrass and other weeds around for the summer. I'm hoping this gives the grabgrass some serious trouble over the summer or kills it outright. I can live with bare spots until reseeding.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Why not easy open? I needed vice grips to see if I could take the flimsy looking paper cover off the bottle. Not possible. Why? Afraid I’ll sneak into the hardware store and steal or taint the product? Nope- contaminated my pocket knife to slice out the ever so slender filament, then enjoy free unencumbered use of a good product. I’m just an old fa*t that’s used this since it was full strength in 1975. Why so difficult?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Coverage rates are about half of what is listed. I love Ortho products, and I have used them for years. With the new house, and just over 57,000 square feet of yard, I use a lot more. I have noticed, that the last few applications of WeedBGone, and BugBGone apply at 1/2, and 2/3 the listed applications. No apparent sign of over application, which concerns me, but to wet the area like I have been accustomed to, it doesn't seem to go as far. Off to the store for a couple more gallons. Weeds are busting out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This bottle is impossible to open When this was redesigned (why?), they made the cap virtually impossible for me to open. Granted - I am a woman, and I am in my 70's, but I still want to take care of the weeds in my yard. This is ridiculous..
