Compact and Efficient from
The Only Ladle You Will Need
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in need of a ladle for quite sometime and this was a godsend!
UTILITY - I tried the OXO Stainless Steel Ladle on three different viscosities from thin to thickest: chai tea, celery soup and barbacoa beef.
The cup size made it convenient to serve an adequate amount with one single swoop. There is something to the design of the cup itself where it seems dripless as if does not run a mess on the bottom. This was my experience with the other viscosity items.
The beaker sides makes pouring clean and easy. It made pouring tea a breeze as it did for celery soup which comes in handy when there is fear of hot liquids.
DESIGN - the long handle made it safe to work with hot liquids. Its heaviness was just enough for control but not so much that it hurt your hand. The rubber handle was comfortable. I can see myself using this ladle in a soup kitchen or any environment where you would be serving multiple meals.
CLEAN UP - Cleanup was a breeze. Dishwasher safe and she was good to go!
The OXO Stainless Steel Ladle is the only ladle you will ever need. Weather you are pouring punch, soups or a heavy Chili, rest assured your pour will be significant, clean and effortless.

Souper Ladle!

Big Ladle!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ladle is great for soups and curries. It is very large and has nice weight to it. I am not used to scooping with a ladle that has pointed edges, but appreciate the double pouring spouts when it comes to serving.

Clean and Easy Serving!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really happy with this ladle. I didn't think I needed another ladle in my kitchen, but this one really works better than others I have used. The main difference with this is the spouts on either side of the ladle. The spouts make it easy to direct the liquid exactly where you want it to go. I often make sauce or soup for freezing in jars and with this ladle, I can get it into the jar very neatly and without any mess. The handle is comfy, as I've come to expect from OXO! I think this ladle really has some nice features that differentiate it from others. Recommended!

Sturdy Grip!!

We have soup often, here in New York during the winter. This ladle is nice and sturdy with a heat resistant handle, for comfortable serving. This is a piece I can really rely upon.

A tad on the large side
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this ladle for a couple of weeks now, and I really want to love it, but it’s just a tad too big when I try to get soups or stew out of my pot I have to twist it to get the last bit out and scrape the bottom of the pot. The same feeling of it being a bit on the large side goes for storage, it will take up a lot of real estate in your drawer.
Quality wise it lives up to the OXO standard and for that I’ll give it four stars, it’s good looking and sturdy, you just have to think about whether you need such a big ladle.

Excellent for soup

We have some members of the family who prefer more broth and some that prefer less broth and this ladle does an excellent job at allowing broth to strain. The feels very durable and is easy to hold.

Great Ladle!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using this ladle not knowing what I was missing in the ladle world. We have several large spoons (meant to be used like a ladle) that we have been using for YEARS and they worked just fine. After using this OXO ladle for a few weeks, I can tell you it is awesome! It's sturdy, it holds a lot of liquid, the handle is grippy, and the pour spouts are a huge help when trying not to drip. Do yourself a favor and get this ladle!
