Why the change?
I've been buying this product for years! You've changed it to a gray product that doesn't meet the quality of the previous lighter version! If you thought you were improving it, you didn't! After all these years, now I have to find a new product that my cats will use! Thanks a lot Cat's Pride!

new format and terrible!!!
not sure what you did to this litter but have been buying it for years - we foster kittens for a non-profit - part of your litter for good campaign - its darker and has to totally be changed out after 1 day! and I scoop our litter boxes 3-4 times a day at least depending on how old the kittens are that we have - its darker colored, and stinks of urine almost immediately!! thought i’d put used litter into the litter box!! so disappointed and honestly - furious - you raised the price a couple dollars and the quality is embarrassingly horrible.

I'm with "CapA" and "Unhappy"
I - like Reviewers "CapA" and "Unhappy" - have been using this product for years, and my cats were always happy with it. I guess it took my location a while to catch up with the changes to this product because it wasn't until last week that I purchased a bag that had the brown'ish color instead of the white/grey & blue. My cats would absolutely not go in their cat box. I was ready to load them into their crates for a trip to the vet to be checked when I realized that it was probably the "change" in their litter. Out of desperation, they finally used their cat box (luckily without any "accidents" in my house). Very disappointed in the changes made to this product! I'll be looking for a NEW/DIFFERENT product to replace your product.

Darker gray litter with odor control is bad
My cat and I are very unhappy with the newer darker litter with odor control litter. I ordered what I thought was the Odor Absorbing Crystals litter on-line and received this mess. I will be returning 6 bags. It makes it impossible to scoop the dirty litter and leave the clean. Please bring back the Fresh & Clean Cat Litter with Odor Absorbing blue crystals. A much cleaner and whiter litter.

I've used this litter for many years because I liked the white litter. When the store that I used to purchase it from closed, I ordered on line. The first several bags were fine, but the last one received was not white, but a dark grey. Very unhappy with the change!!!
