go back to the orginal cap!!
I don't know what happened to the original cap, but this one leaks on your hands. will fly off when you pull the main cap off. will spin around and spry you in the face. I guess saving the 1/4 cent on a cheaper cap is the way to go. working for a dealership we go through 10-15 cases a month easy. I will talk to the shop manager about switching brands.

3M Brake cleaner works!!!
after buying the cheaper "house brands" of brake cleaner for years I finally tried the more premium 3M brake cleaner and definitely worth the price and its a killer deal when its on sale. Its super strong stream out of the can makes cleaning pretty much anything that pertains to braking components or even underneath the hood a breeze and you actually get all of the contents out of the can instead of getting sputtery at the end of the other brands.

RUINED THE BEST BRAKE CLEANER ON THE MARKET
Our shop used to buy 8 cases a week before this high power version of the 3m brake clean, now it is by far our least used. go back to the old design!!!
