Best Cold Pack Asphalt - EZ Street
EZ Street asphalt is the absolute best. Avoid the Big Orange and Big Blue box stores. Go to your local hardware. This asphalt is always well mixed and holds in the driveway for many years.

Order a bit more than you think you need
I've used this product several times over the years on various potholes on my private road. Beats any other product I've tried hands down, can be installed in just about any weather, and lasts a long time. The price is really good too if you use the Ship to Store option. Just know that 50 pounds, because the product is quite heavy, is only good for one small to medium pothole, so you'll probably find that you wished you had order an extra bag or two.

Easy to work with
It was more expensive than Sakrete Blacktop Patch but much easier to work with. Worth paying more.

Great product - Does what it's supposed to do!
I bought five bags of this to patch some spots on our driveway and - so far - it has held up exactly like they say it will. The real test will be this winter to see how it holds up to freezing and scraping with the snowblower.

Great fix
This works great in a driveway filling a dip in the drive that was approximately at its deepest 8 inches. The product has held together at the edges of the patch.

This was so much easier to use than I had ever dreamed! I'm going to order another bag since the hole was much deeper than I had thought.

It really seems to work
I'm impressed, packed down hard, could drive on it immediately. Seems to be old school, bad for the environment stuff that works :) Very sticky, yet easy enough to pack into holes. It really appears to be "pavement" like they use on the streets.

works well
easy to use and works very well. Of course it doesn't cover as much area as you would wish. 50 lbs is not a big bag!

It works
I purchased this product to fix some holes in my driveway. I did a lot of research and this product is consistently rated very well with people. I applied the cold patch to my driveway and it was very easy to work with and apply. The patch is working as advertised. I will have to re-review this product next year once I see how well it works over time.

So far, so good
Rain water keep washing out dirt at end of walkway. I remove the dirt a little lower than bricks and place EZ asphalt directly on dirt and tap down next to bricks. You can't see it this picture but EZ asphalt slopes down from bricks to dirt driveway. Waiting for next big rain to see if problem is solved.

Easy to use
I used this product 2 weeks ago. It was easy to use and pack in the pothole. Rather than spend about $25 on a tamper tool, I used a 4x4 wooden block and a heavy hammer, after compacting the product with a shovel. Finally, I put a sheet of plywood over the patch and drove over it several times. The plywood lifted of without pulling up any of the asphalt. Best yet, you can drive on it the same day.

So simple and easy!
I followed the directions--open the bag, pour the Asphalt Cold Patch into your pothole, pack it down, and voila! That's it! Great product!

Easy to use, worked well.
I'm a 71 year old female with a bad shoulder. I did this repair myself by sweeping loose debris out of the pothole and then just dragging the 50 lb. sacks out of the trunk of my car and dumping them in. Then I drove my car over the patch many times to compact the material. Took 5 sacks of asphalt.

Great Product
I first used EZ Street Asphalt about six years ago to fix an indentation in my driveway caused by a heavy truck. The patch has lasted all these years through freezing winters, hot summers and heavy use of the driveway. I recently bought another bag to fix a slope in my driveway that was causing ponding.
This product is very easy to use. Take it out of the bag, tamp it and you're done. I love it and would recommend it to anyone.
I ordered the product online on a Wednesday and picked it up in my True Value on Friday. Great service.

Works quickly and seems to last
I used this for potholes last year. It worked well. It was slightly gooey upon removal and needed to be worked quickly. Once dry, it was solid and strong. I could use the road soon thereafter. It has been in the road now for one year. I will be purchasing more for other projects. Note: I bought a tamper to help flatten it, although it does slide down fairly evenly just upon pouring.

EZ Street is easy to use and it works.
I use EZ Street Cold Patch to create a ramp that fills the steep drop between my concrete driveway apron and the street. My driveway apron is very steep and the bottom of my cars would rub against it. For a total of 300 lbs of EZ Street, the ramp looks good.
The material is very easy to work with. It sticks well to concrete and it packs easily with some elbow grease. It doesn't come off nor does it stick to tires. If I had an asphalt driveway, I would definitely use this to patch potholes.
I first used 3 bags (150 lbs) to fill in an area of 10 ft x 9 inch to about 1" height, gradually sloped on all ends. I packed it with a tamper, sprinkled sand on it and it was ready for use. For the first 2+ weeks, while it was still malleable under heavy weight, I had to avoid turning the car wheels while stationary on it because that would cause the wheels to dig in and deform the top. It would otherwise stay packed and not come off. After about 2.5 weeks, the asphalt became harder. Satisfied that it was the perfect material for the job, I added another layer of 3 bags to make this makeshift ramp taller and wider.
This ramp makes going in and out of the driveway much easier. For years I've been thinking of solution, even considering those expensive rubber driveway ramps (which could get stolen or taken away by city cleanup crew). I wish I had found EZ Street sooner.
The free delivery and the online ordering was easy and the pickup at my neighborhood True Value store is convenient.

This Product works great.
This asphalt repair is the best. The repair lasts longer and is stronger than the surrounding existing asphalt, and is very easy to use. I have used this product in the past and that is why I ordered more. Would definitely recommend.
