Rated 1 out of 5 by from Warms up after about a minute I filled a bucket of ice water, then removed the ice cubes after a few minutes. Once I submerged the towel, and wrung it out (and snapped it), it was very cool on my neck, for about a minute. Then it warmed up to room temperature, and felt stifling. Even with all excess water squeezed out, it still gets your clothes wet. Also, my neck started itching, so I took it off immediately, and started looking up reviews online. Turns out, neck rashes are pretty common with these towels. Overall, they do not work very well. They also have a weird smell that I'm sure would come out after washing, but I do not believe I'll use these again.
