Description
Every Jorgensen handscrew we make is crafted to ensure maximum strength and durability. Seasoned, straight-grain hard maple wood jaws marry with cold-drawn steel spindles and nuts with special double-lead threads. Together they create a handscrew clamp that holds tightly over broad areas, providing greater reach and a wider distribution of pressure than other clamps. The angle between the jaws can be adjusted to fit the work, allowing them to hold odd shapes easily. Our handscrew clamps are easy to apply and remove quickly, and provide protection against marring of finished surfaces. Traditional seasoned hardwood handles are designed for comfort now and for years to come.

Best clamps ever
I have used these clamps for over 20 years and they work just like the day I bought them. I have used other brands but they just don't have the same holding power.

Works great
I purchased these clamps several months ago because I needed a way to secure cabinets in tandem while a screw them together. The other clamps I used kept leaving marks on the face frames when I removed them. These don’t! They secure tight, easy to use, and do NOT mare the finish!

Best woodworking clamp ever
I have been a fan of the wooden adjustable handscrew for almost 43 wears. In my opinion this is one of the most versatile clamps I own. I use these clamps in the shop and on the jobsite. I installed cabinets for a number of years and found the handscrew's ability to draw even warped styles together unbeatable. For planning or sanding the edge of a board I reach for 2 clamps to make a vise.

I’ve got quite a few of these and they are definitely a classic and traditional clamp. My favorite thing about them is that I can reach further in from the edge of the piece of wood I’m clamping with these compared to my other style of clamps. I’ve beat them up pretty good too, even dropped them a few times, never had any issues. Easy to clamp tapered pieces of wood with these and you don’t even need a jig to get it done.

Truly is a classic

They will be past down to my son at some point in the distant future.

Extremely versatile

Clamping a 4 in diameter wood sphere for drill press procedure was a recent success. Always ready for unusual situations.
