I should never have bought this. Thought the hose was longer, also kinks have not come out after 1 week, only used twice very weak spray strength, last shower head much better, but wanted a hand held one.

Simple head
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this shower head for over a year now and I have not run into any issues. There's nothing fancy about it, but it works for me. The flow is strong enough and comes out evenly. There are a few different flow settings on it, but I usually keep it on one. It was easy to mount and is easy to use as a handheld head.

Beautiful but extremely disappointed
We purchased this with hopes it had a stronger pressure to not just sprinkle the water but adjust to a higher power strong enough to help sore shoulder pain.
