Horrible! Very disappointing. I don't know why the style was changed. Very happy with the original Swiffer Duster. Angling of dust head was perfect. I misplaced my original duster so went and bought this one. It's going back to the store.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased the starter kit. Loved the duster and the way it extends. Disappointed with the duster kit that came with it. The box said 4 heavy duty dusters and only received 3. Will have to buy more to be able to use the 3rd as you need 2 each time.

Need to improve instruction .. loading new heads.
Instructions on loading the replacement heads are really poor. The "sleeves" are not identified in any instruction provided with the tool and are not readily identifiable as "sleeves" for inserting the tool head. Once identified, it is rather easy and the heads stay in place. Recommend you improve instructions with sale of the item. Should improve customer ratings.

6ft Duster - Where's the lock?
I absolutely LOVE the Swiffer 6ft extension sweeper!! There is one thing that I am having issues with, though. When I try to use it for baseboards, floors or underneath furniture, the extension rod will not stay extended. I have to pull it out over & over again. Am I missing something or is Swiffer missing something? It would definitely be a 5 if there was a way to keep it open.

Heavy Duty Duster Falls Apart
I purchased one of the Heavy Duty Dusters, and when I opened it the cleaning head fell apart. I took it back to the store and exchanged it, and opened the new one. Same issue. Either it was a poorly manufactured batched or just poor quality period. Definitely not heavy duty!

Will not stay extended
Although I love the dusting pads the extender will not stay in position. If I push on it even a little bit it starts to retract.

GREAT PRODUCT POOR EASE OF REFILLING.
I SPENT WAY TO MUCH TIME TRYING TO REPLACE THE DUSTER REFILLS. THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS AND I CANNOT ATTACH THE PADS BECAUSE THERE IS NOT THE 2 GROOVES AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PADS TO SLIDE THEM ON WITH. THIS WAS BOUGHT BECAUSE OF THE HIGH PLACES TO DUST INCLUDING THE FANS AT A HIGH REACH. THEY JUST KEEP FALLING OFF!!!. VERY FRUSTRATING.
