Best ladder I ever owned
Have had this for six years now. Extremely sturdy and easy to handle. Far better and more stabile than the ones they sell in big box stores with fancy little names.

Overall sturdy and a good size
The ladder is a good size for trimming my bushes. My only complaint is that the plastic trim pieces around the brackets used for adjusting the height are cheap (one was broken when I unwrapped the ladder) and sharp (they are pointed and stick out about 1/4 inch)

Easy to Order Just What I Need
I am so pleased that I was able to order this very nice ladder on line for in store delivery! Easy peasey.
The ladder while compact gets me easily onto my roof. My ceilings are 9, 10, and 11 feet, so the ladder's adjustability is perfect.
