What happened?!
What happened?! The tissues are now awful - worse than what you get in a hotel. Been using them for 30+ years and were wonderful but bought 6 boxes last week and each box awful.

Ugly prints on boxes.
I have always liked kleenex brand facial tissue but they now come in the uglies boxes I have ever seen. The prints are a discusting eyesore!

Rough tissues
These tissues are no longer soft or thick. The change in softness is obvious. I've been buying kleenex my whole life and will now be switching to puffs. Frick'n greed over quality. I can't stand it.

WHY DID YOU CHANGE CLASSIC KLEENEX ?!! NOT HAPPY!
During the pandemic the classic Kleenex has changed. It is no longer soft and nice. They are very rough, and the 2 ply often separates.
