Fire starters
Much better than using a bunch of newspaper to start a fire. Good price too. They were $5.00 cheaper than Walmart. The only problem is the cubes don’t break off easily. Need to be scored better.

Awesome for starting fires
Have purchased Fire lighters many times for starting charcoal and wood fires. Recently gave a 192 pack to my son in law who is a big hunt fish camp guy and heats with wood furnaces, within a week he asked for 4 more boxes as his freinds all loved the way they worked. I used to use Webber brand for lighting my charcoal smokers and never liked the chemical smell that was produced when lit. The fact that these are made in USA and from recycled material, non-toxic and have no chemical smell when lit all sold me to buy only Fire Lighters. Some reveiws that notice the slight perfume smell in the box are correct. Personally does not bother me and does not transfer to any meats when cooking. Something has to get these to lit in all types of conditions so I assume that is the trade off, again, a non factor for me. Recommend these to everyone when asked about how I BBQ or start my firepit. Recommend to anyone considering purchasing as are better by far than the competition's product.

So happy to have found these!
This is the BEST product for all of the wood burners out there! My stove just went from out to blaze in 10 minutes.
These are a great value purchase as well. I was skeptical considering the small size of the pre scored pieces and was using two, but decided to try one this AM and voila... FIRE!
I will never buy anything else unless these are no longer available, so PLEASE don't stop making them! Thank you :-)

Work Really Well BUT
I have used these for years buying the smaller packs. This large size SMELLS LIKE PERFUME, can't use them because of allergies.

Ideal size for starting seasoned wood. Many other lighters are larger than needed and a waste unless you cut them down.
