The 22 qt. pressure cooker provides quick even heating. Polished heavy gauge aluminum construction, it cuts cooking time up to two-thirds. A pressure monitoring device is built into the handle for 5, 10 & 15 LB selective PSI. Rust proof & dishwasher safe makes easy clean-up. Locking handle safety feature prevents opening under pressure and it includes overpressure release valve and gasket release window for safety. Pressure control clearly identifies when proper pressure has been reached. The 22 qt. holds 30 Half PT, 16 PT, 14 Wide Mouth Pints Or 5 QT Jars. 10 Year Limited Warranty
